So the news have probably spread across the nation.Yasmin Ahmad is gone.I must admit,I am no fan of her films.IMO,they were too unbearingly slow paced and play along racial lines too much.However,I do admire her adverts she's done for Petronas.Below are my picks of her best,in no particular order.
The Chinese New Year one is probably my favourite,though the others are just as good.I am Hokkien after all and the women reminded me of my grandaunts and grandmother during their annual mahjong session.Good times.
